Relaxtay Services – Privacy Policy

Effective October 30, 2026. App: Relaxtay Services (Android package com.relaxtay.services, web app at services.relaxtay.com), operated by Relaxtay.

Who uses it

Relaxtay Services is a work tool for Relaxtay staff and the cleaning, pool, landscaping and maintenance vendors who service Relaxtay vacation homes. Accounts are created by Relaxtay; it is not for the general public or for children.

What we collect

• Account details: name, phone number, work email (for Google sign-in), role and company, a hashed PIN.
• Location: your phone's GPS position when you start or finish a job and when you take a photo or video in the app, to confirm the work was done at the right house. The app does not track you in the background.
• Photos and videos you take in the app, stamped with time, address and GPS, plus notes, checklist ticks, issue reports, supply requests and lost-and-found entries.
• Work times: when each job was started and completed.
• Notification tokens if you turn on notifications.

How we use it

Only to run Relaxtay's property services: assigning jobs, proving work was done, reviewing quality, reporting damage, restocking, paying vendors and keeping records. We do not sell data, show ads, or share it with advertisers.

Who can see it

Relaxtay managers and administrators. Crew members see only their own jobs; vendor leads see their own company's jobs. Pay and rate information is visible to Relaxtay administrators only. Data is stored on Relaxtay's own server in the United States; Slack may receive job status messages if Relaxtay turns that on.

Keeping and deleting

Job records and media are kept as business records while needed for operations, guest damage claims and accounting. To ask for your account or data to be deleted, contact Relaxtay at pinny@relaxtay.com.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Sign-in uses Google or a phone number with a PIN; sessions are signed cookies. Access rules are enforced on the server.
